Yunara Clothing Store – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

    • To cancel, please email us at support@yunara.com or WhatsApp us at [Your Number] with your order number.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return after delivery (see Return & Refund section).


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Size or fitting issues

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Items not eligible for return/exchange:

    • Innerwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products

    • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged or wrong product)


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share unboxing/clear product photos with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yunara.com or WhatsApp ‎+91 78779 78381. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
