Yunara Clothing Store – Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please email us at support@yunara.com or WhatsApp us at [Your Number] with your order number.
After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return after delivery (see Return & Refund section).
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
Wrong product received
Damaged or defective product
Size or fitting issues
Products must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
Items not eligible for return/exchange:
Innerwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products
Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged or wrong product)
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share unboxing/clear product photos with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yunara.com or WhatsApp +91 78779 78381. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
